Hi. I am really grateful for having been able to attend this workshop. I am grateful for what I learned from Andrea, Martin; that I had a chance to participate; for all of the wonderful food that Aran and Deborah cooked, and for Jim‘s warm hospitality and the 10+ blankets he kindly allowed let this Mediterranean-warm blooded Canadian-Cypriot troop off to the tipi. I am also grateful for all the wonderful, kind, and so interesting, people that I met and had conversations with.

I am sort of obsessed with textures and colours at the moment. Jim gutted the fish, and made cedar planks on which he cooked the salmon one night.
